Warranty

Atlas Lighting Supply, (ALS), gives its customers one year term warranty for all HID bulbs. Any defective or damaged bulbs exceeding 1% defects will be covered by ALS. Customer’s warranty terms begin on purchase order date

Standard Electronic Ballasts = 5 Years
Residential & Energy Star Rated Ballasts = 2 Years
Standard Magnetic Ballasts (HID & FLUORESCENT) = 2 Years

All Atlas Lighting Products on our web site have a three year warranty against failure.

All warranty's only apply if products are used within the continental United States.

All other products are based upon manufacturer warranty.

If it appears within the specified warranty period that any ALS ballast does not meet the warranty specified above, ALS, at its option, will replace or repair the defective Ballast.

This warranty is not applicable if the ballast is not installed in accordance with the National Electric Code, the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., Standards for the American National Standards Institute, or the Canadian Standards Association. This warranty is also not applicable if the ballast is not installed according to ALS instructions or recommendations or if the product has been exposed to abnormal operating conditions including excessive temperatures.

All products are warranted to perform to industry standard specifications. ALS should be notified promptly of any products not meeting customer expectations. If ALS, in its sole discretion, determines that the product does not perform to specifications, it shall, on a pro rated basis, replace the product or refund a portion of the purchase price.

This warranty does not cover any product which has been affected by damage or wear resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, tampering, faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, damage or casualty.

ALS makes no warranties with respect to any sale, whether expressed or implied, except as stated herein. ALS makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless otherwise stated in writing.
