PLACING ORDERS:
All orders will be paid with a Credit Card, company check or wire transfer when order is placed. Credit cards are accepted online or over the phone.

FREIGHT POLICY:
All orders are shipped prepaid and freight added unless otherwise stated on a quote. No product is shipped from Friday Noon PST through Sunday.

DAMAGE POLICY:
All shipments are packed with great care. If however, damage should occur in transit, DO NOT refuse shipment, as this will cause you delays and unnecessary freight expenses. Examine the delivery carefully and note any damage on the paperwork before you sign it. Title passes to purchaser of Product upon delivery by shipper to the carrier and all claims for damages or shortages in transit shall be made by purchaser with delivering carrier.

RETURNS:
Alert: Due to the recession, product may not be returned unless there is a flaw in the product. When you order the product is your property. If the product does not work properly you may return it to the factory for a free replacement. No product may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#). No credit will be given for customer labor. Products returned through RGA# must be in original packaging and unused. A 25% restocking charge will apply. There are no returns of special ordered items. There are no returns if wrong product is ordered. Be certain you are ordering the correct product.
