Self Diagnostic Exit Signs and Emergency Lights
Automatically oversee the function and maintenance of the emergency lighting system. It automatically notifies you of any trouble with the system. When installed, it continuously monitors the system lamps, battery, and charging circuits to make certain they are operating properly.
Each day it momentarily tests the transfer system and the lamp integrity. Once each 30 days it tests the transfer system and lamp integrity for a one minute period. Once every six months it runs a full 30 minute test. This insures that the battery is kept fresh and fully charged for use in an emergency situation.
A push test switch on the unit also allows manual initiation of a sequence of 1 minute, 5 minute, 30 minute or 60 minute tests. This provides for the ability to program a 90 or 120 minute test.Self diagnostics will also work with your fire alarm system. It can work with a flashing and/or audible sign option.
It is even field programmable to allow a 15 minute delay after normal AC power returns.
